Paramedic - Applicants should possess at least two years experience in a busy ALS system, National Registry Certification and have a clean driving record. Critical Care/Flight RN - Critical Care/Flight RN - Applicants must possess three (3) years of critical care nursing experience.  Registered nursing license eligibility in both Nevada and California.  Current ACLS, BCLS, PALS / EMSC, STABLE or NRP certification required.  TNATC, ATLS or an approved Trauma certification required within one year of employment.  CFRN/CCRN certification within two (2) years of employment.  Applicant must also be able to make rapid decision for appropriate care in an uncontrolled, unsupervised and sometimes threatening environment. Ability to care for complex critical care patients with ventilators, IV drips, and invasive lines is a requirement.  If selected for this position, the applicant will be expected to staff both ground CCT and rotor wing aircraft shifts as necessary.How to apply.

Communication Specialist I - Applicants should possess at least two years experience in a high performance EMS system, System Status Management experience and Emergency Medical Dispatch training/certification through the National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch, and hold Nationally Registry certification as either a Paramedic or EMT-Intermediate. Medical Transportation Specialist - Applicants should possess a High School diploma or equivalent and a clean driving record. Certification as a Nevada EMT-First Responder required within 6 months of hire. Certification as either a Nevada EMT-Basic or EMT-Intermediate or hold National Registry Certification and be eligible to meet Nevada State EMS certification requirements is preferred. How to apply.
