Flight Nurse Barbara Murphy, previously worked with REMSA as an educator prior to moving to Las Vegas. She has extensive experience as a flight nurse in Las Vegas & Dallas. She recently returned to Reno to work with Care Flight once again.

Flight Paramedic Bill Landon, is new to the REMSA/Care Flight program, but has extensive experience as a flight and ground paramedic in Colorado.

Pilot Dean Mischke, has been with REMSA for a number of years and has extensive experience flying in the military.
